Northwest Auto Rentals

Tried to rent a car here once for the day while mine was being serviced done the road. For whatever reason, the owner there demanded all sorts of personal information like whether I owned my own home or rented and wanted the contact details for my real estate agent and bank manager, in addition to my credit card and driver's licence! When I told him I didn't see why I should give him that level of personal information, he decided I was going to steal one of his crappy 10 year old cars and told me to get the hell out! I wasn't rude, I just stood there in the carpark gob-smacked! I don't know if he still owns it, but if so, I can't believe it's still running. I know drive to Hertz Castle Hill or Thrifty Blacktown to rent cars.
