  My friend bought a coffee and croissant and sat down for 15 minutes. Other tables were already taken, including two tables with customers working on laptops. The manager came up to him only (the 2nd last customer to take a table) and asked how much longer he would be as the table was required for another customer. He found her manner very rude and he felt singled out and embarrassed. He has a disability and felt discriminated against. Other customers were looking at him in disbelief expecting him to make a fuss but he just left immediately as he didn't want to create a scene and was offended. Not impressed - no hospitality at this place!
